It's been a while since the last devlog. I haven't been working on the mod very much in the past month, so naturally there isn't much to share. There's a few things, though, which I will go over here.
The first thing is that I will likely NOT be having a version 0.1.2 (Demo update). The current demo is enough, and a bunch of things are being changed to the castle town sequence and I don't feel like having all of that be spoiled for the full mod. Another thing that I brought up as a possiblity that is likely not going to happen is extending this mod to Chapter 2 and beyond. The dialogue change is with the lang_en file, and that is only for Chapter 1. Changing the Chapter 2 dialogue has to be done from data.win in a variety of different scripts in different objects, which would be a big hassle to do. It's still a possibility, but don't count on it.

The mod will also no longer be fully from lang_en with a few additional things from data.win but now you would have to overwrite both files to get an experiene with the mod that is "complete". One of these things that I've been working on is the Jevil fight. I'm including a remix of a few songs in this mod, one of them being The World Revolving. I took a cover of it and edited it in a few ways. There's lots of things to this, one of those changes being that the music will change partway through the fight. I don't want to reveal much about this simply to avoid getting myself into the habit of telling everything that I've done with the mod, because otherwise there wouldn't be anything new in it.
