Devlog day 1

Today I continued working on Douglas the Dog—specifically on his body and endoskeleton. I won't be able to do much more today, though. I also thought about how to execute the gameplay mechanics in a way that's both challenging and fun. I want to give each animatronic a unique mechanic so they all have their own distinct character. I've already figured out mechanics for most of the animatronics, so I’m almost ready to start creating the game itself, once the animatronics' and locations' models are finished, of course.

Also, let me know if you want to see updates about the game every so often!

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
