Devlog I Made Late At Night

What Was Added Today:

A 'Somewhat' In Complete Death System

Inspired by the roguelike genre, currently there is a system where after death, you have to completely restart. I plan to add a point system where after completing levels, you can trade in these points for upgrades.

What's Coming Soon:

New Areas

I plan to add a system where after doing enough levels in a area, you will move on to the next. Each area will likely have cool new mechanics.

Updated Visuals

I also want update the visuals, keeping them simplistic, while also adding more to make the world look more alive.

Suggestions

I take any review, or criticism. If you have any ideas to improve the game, I'd love to here them. I'm hoping to make this game pretty fun and engaging, and any help I can get will be greatly appreciated. And @Cheesecheesey , I will add Sonic to the game as a easter egg!
