Yo, finally got a new full update after awhile, and I've got a lot this time.
Renders
First of all, here is a short teaser for the free roam sections of the game below. These are obviously inspired by a shadow over Freddy's.
I won't share anything more about this, as I'd like to keep the gameplay mainly a secret before launch from now on.
Here is the finished CAM09.
This is the only "new" camera, and I think it turned out well.
Some more general information about the cameras is that there are some animations in the vents, they looked quite bland and I had just watched a video on Fazbear Entertainment: Storage by DaMikel, it really makes the vent cameras more visually interesting, and it was a great change.
Clickteam/Coding
There isn't much I would like to show here, but one thing I have worked on is the continue screen, seen below.
It's nowhere near finished, but I think it's turning out great, and it gives the game more polish. As you could probably tell it's inspired by Tealerland.
Anything else
Oh boy.
First of all, I have started designing the phantoms. I won't show any of them once again to not spoil the game. If you do not wish to know their mechanic skip to the next paragraph. I have decided (for now) that their mechanic will be the opposite of FNAF 3's, you will hear and audio cue and will have to find a phantom on either the cameras, or the office. I feel this will help balance the gameplay more, and be a better distraction then just look away. Please let me know if you think this would be a bad idea, I personally don't think so.
Next, I have started work on a trailer!
It's actually mostly finished, I just need to fix some timings. Here is a quick teaser for it.
It has turned out exactly how I envisioned it, so that's nice.
