DevLog - Version 0.02


Version 0.02

  • Updated Shadow System: height and shadows now regulated to real height system. 48px = 1 metre.

  • Added structure: Nest - created through procedural generation with custom population and radius sizes.

  • Changed (De)Activation range: now smaller in order to increase run-speed.

  • Added weapon: bone - dropped from creatures when they are killed. Requires upgrade to strength stat to use.

  • Added material: bone - collected when the bone weapon is deposited into the base.

  • Added crafting engine: can craft an item in the base. Spawns outside base on exit from base.

  • Added Craft Item: PickAxe - use to mine golden rocks.

  • Added Scenery: Golden Rock - can be mined. Currently only release small rocks.

  • Added Weapon: small stone - can be mined and used for stone material or as a weapon.

  • Updated weapon engine: now weapons draw exactly at character’s postion whereas before they were 1 step behind. //// No longer. Needs fixing.

  • Updated graphics for a few weapons.

  • Added EXP gain for mining a rock.
