14) How do you know when a game is ready to ship?

15) What’s The Biggest Dev Mistake You’ve Made?


14) Depends, if it's a DEMO, once I'm done with the part of the game that I want to showcase, and when and ONLY when, people have beta-tested, gave me feedback, reported bugs, etc.
If it is a full release, once we reach the end of the planned project, I'm happy with how it turned out + all of the above regarding to playtesting.

15) Probably not using github, or making modular systems.
Github is just very useful for version control + making branches with "experimental" changes (for example, if you're tinkering with a lighting system, or a new enemy AI, etc)
And modular systems, cause' otherwise it's a pain in the ass to de-hardcode a system for me to be able to change it xD
