So first off just to clarify about Suicide Mouse's model, yes its the same model as the one from 2017 Remastered. However the textures for him have been redone entirely to fit with the theme of this game, in which I'll do a comparison between the old and new versions at some point along with remodelling the teeth.

Now onto All 20, currently it has no Suicide Mouse but it has been tested by the testers, and luckily enough it was recently beaten by DezZival! In which he wasn't very Ok mentally after beating it though. But there's still 1 more character to be added, and if he beat it off the skin of his teeth, all 20 could end up being troublesome 👀
