Does anyone know how to make a scrollbar?

Hi, I made a game called Mr. Pompy's Extravagant Quiz, which has received a handful of fans since its release.

I have some fanart I'd like to include in the next update, and I had the idea that one way to view them all is to scroll them vertically. The problem is that I can't figure out how to implement one manually. I have also tried the extensions (EasyScrollbar & WinScrollBar) but can't figure out how they work.

I was wondering if anyone could provide an example .MFA or just tell me how a working scrollbar should work. Again, it's vertical so it should move on the Y axis.

Thank you in advance!
