DownFall was originally planned to be a YUME NIKKI / Mogeko Castle fangame, as most of my previous games, but i decided to make something unique out of it instead, and so, development of DownFall started, just like YUME NIKKI, DownFall takes place in the world of dreams, but here, instead of being able to get out of the dream at any time, you have to complete every single dream to finally wake up, the game has 5 Dreams in total, all of them can be entered by doors, but to enter each dream, you have to obtain different diaries that can be obtained during the previous dreams.
each single dream is unique on its own, having different boss fights, different enemies, different maps and different soundtracks.
and at the end of each dream you get a White Butterfly Ally that will help and guide you throughout the dreams.
the game won't have a playable demo like my previous games, when i release the game, i will release the full version.
Along with a few extras that can only be found if you beat the game on first try (without dying on any boss fights).
the game is planned to be released some time in 2021 by the way.
all we can do now is wait.
