Dwarf Space is Complete.

While I know I could tinker from now until forever, I think for the purpose of this marvelous game jam, Dwarf Space: Reactor Command is finished. It was a lot of work, but way more fun than I thought it would be. The atmosphere is really cool, the controls are smooth and satisfying, blasting alien bees that burst into physics-based piles of rediculousness is an experience that never grows old. And when you shoot the alien bits, they bounce around some more before tumbling off the platform and hurtling towards the upper atmosphere. I especially love the frantic race to the transport ship while blasting a swarm of Unibees with my shotgun, it feels intense.

I’d love some feedback! After the jam is over (and the judging/voting) I am going to tinker a bit more on this game, because it’s fun and could be even better given time and a bit of love, but comments from all of you guys would help me make it even better.

Thanks for playing, & I hope you enjoyed my humble efforts!

Have a great evening.

Shoobies leave a sticky trail of mucus in their wake, which can impede movement for any creature that steps in it.

Have a good Boi

I have added rewards for quests so that villagers can give you something in return for your hard work helping them. 🥳

I want to know - what's your favourite quest reward?

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.

Demonstration of the spells and their effects :)!

I mostly build 3D First Person Shooter game mechanics in Unity, and in this I'm just showing C4 mechanics I made for a little side project I am working on! :)

Here's a Fredbear sprite i made in Aseprite! I'm pretty proud of this!

(Btw, sorry for the double post! I'll try to post less)
