Early Acces - Monkey-See-Monkey-Do v1.0.0 is finally out!

Hi everyone!

Finally managed to publish the first version of Monkey-See-Monkey-Do! … with just only a few bugs. :D

What the game knows already:

  • Basic “Binary Land” game logic with mirrored player movement, traps, and moving enemies.

  • Dinamically generated gamemap with it’s size increasing by one in a random dimension each level, traps and enemies placed randomly.

  • Basic scoring system.

  • Basic menu.

What is definitely needed before the game logic could be called done:

  • Key item(s), which player must obtain before being able to finish game.

  • Extra items, which appear after certain conditions, gives points or special abilities.

  • Unkillable enemy.

  • Control switching enemy.

  • Bonus level (optional, to be decided).

  • GameJolt highscore api.

  • GameJolt trophies.

  • Better graphics, preferably 3D models.

Guess that’s all for now. The list will definitely grow bigger as the development progresses.

Well, I hope you’ll enjoy playing this super simple, super ugly little game of mine. Please be kind when rating, this is my first personal 1-man-army game.

Oh! And if you happen to find a bug and care to note me, please do so! I would be very happy. Also constructive critics are most welcome.

Cheers,
AstralFly @AstralFlyGames
