Experiment: Success!

Last night, I challenged myself to create a fully playable (albeit, simple) game, from scratch (although I did use free sound effects from the Internet and the pygame python library). So, over the course of roughly 5 hours, I created this game!

Introducing SSSG: Super Simple Space Game, a game made in just one night! I know it’s simple, and I might add a few things to it here and there, but the most important thing (to me) is that it’s fully playable! Now, it’s far from perfect, but…people make mistakes.

Anyway, play it, critique it, critique me, do what you will! If you decide to repeat this experiment, I’ll love to see what you come up with!

Been working lately on lots of 'behind-the-scenes' boring stuff that no one really cares about, so here’s a guy playing the sax for some reason.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)

Demonstration of the spells and their effects :)!

If you have more of an acquired taste, the restaurants in Niravasi have you covered! Maybe skip the salad bar, though.

Made my first ever animation.

Out of boredom and curiosity, I coded Sailor Jupiter's Argentine Backbreaker.
