Actually it's more like color pallet testing for the "TACTICOM", a made up console totally not based on it the NES and Gameboy advance had a chonky baby

I completed this fanart for a friend's RPGMaker game, Dreams of Joy Departed. I took inspiration from early 2000s music albums to make this one and tried to keep it as maximalist and edgy as possible.
