Fixed 4-3 starting you at the very top.
Fixed 4-B not being access through the Stage Select even if unlocked.

Felt like quickly pushing a 1.0.1 update to fix a few stuff. None of the new stuff that I mentioned about 1.1 is here but hopefully the next update will be 1.1... unless something breaks again.

Note to people who download the mod and windows defender get's alerted. The mod is completely safe... I have no idea why this happens but alrighty I guess lol.

yes, DDX Redux will work on Windows XP (maybe 2000 i'm not sure)
Also 1.1 is hopefully almost done, need to fix two or three rooms that has problems in 4:3 mode, sort out the settings and 1.1 is ready
