



Finished our Guild Hall room, featuring the donations received through the month. A few more donations today—including after I had "shut off" donos & ended stream—& we ended over $2500, 5x higher than my original goal.

Next up
Finished the exterior of the Finger Point Lighthouse! Like the Angels Gate Light that it's is based on, we have a green lens; opted out of doing redstone animation for it. This is a fully automted lighthouse so the grounds are simple & restricted.
Random things: excavated a trail ruin, made a quick hanging pale moss farm, & created a new stand on Halcyon Gardens to sell Pale Moss, Carpet, and Hanging. Did not improve our boat race solo time, but we did a massive, nearly full server, boat race.
Finished the Finger Point Lighthouse, including interior! With that, I am done, for now, adding infrastructure to the shopping district. Back to my D&D story builds soon. Surprise Lammy stream means we did Skyblock tonight; random jobs and chatting.
Finger Point is just beginning, still in Creative for a bit more, but v happy w/the direction. Based on Angels Gate Lighthouse in Long Beach because it's automated & interesting. That lighthouse is one of the only in the world w/a green lens; copied!
*Saturday*? Nice proof-reading. lol *Sunday*, finished the lighthouse exterior & decided we'll do the interior live, so brought over the schematic to start. But, well-distracted today by much nerd chat, so...*dozens* of blocks were placed in 10 hours.
Added streetlights for the rest of the highway & added a couple of trucks to show industry moving around. Added eyeblossoms for sale in Halcyon Gardens, restocked 2 diamonds worth of stock, & gave a few good shots at the boat race.
First day back, so we didn't acomplish much. A little material gathering quartz for the future luxe spa, a lot of chatting; but we started w/admiring the Pride work that our servermates added over the month that we were over on Guild Rush. Here's a pic
Added visibility lights to the suspension support column & redstone wired them to blink in sequence; helps it pop w/animation. Started to add highway lights but stopped to fill in spawnable spaces between them w/ two candles hidden under carpets.
Done* in the Industrial area of the SD on Halcyon Heights! Really proud of the work over the last 6 mos on what was supposed to be a diversionary project. No expectations = a lot of fun & different things than I've tried before. Then odd jobs & ice races!
Started interior work on the lighthouse. It's an industrial, automated light, so there no living spaces; just maint & storage. Added a covered spiral stair on the bottom to the "balcony level", then a utility stair/ladder for the space up to the light.
