First interaction system complete! The character can now grab the lantern with a fully synced animation.
My goal is to make this world as immersive as possible!

Devlog #1 – Project Presentation

This is the first official development log for the new horror game "Hollowmor: The Last Ritual." The title is being built with a focus on atmospheric immersion, narrative exploration, and psychological tension.

Devlog #2 – Home Menu Design Evolution

The main menu has undergone a redesign. The first version featured a simple, welcoming aesthetic, serving as a starting point. For the second version, I adopted a darker atmosphere.

DLSS Integration

I’ve implemented NVIDIA DLSS in my project, and the results are amazing! With DLSS + Frame Generation ON, the performance skyrockets compared to native rendering. This means smoother gameplay and higher FPS without losing visual quality.

Devlog #3 - Final version of the menu I've reached the final version of the game menu! 🎉

Now all features are 100% operational:

Graphics Settings

Screen Adjustments

Customizable Controls

Language Options

Audio Volume

Pause Menu

Save/Load

Checkpoint

Devlog #4 - New rooms, ambiance and mechanics

Room: Servants’ Wing Mechanic: Interact with drawers and chests scattered throughout the mansion, some hiding secret items New Atmosphere: Living, pulsating corridors

(White lighting just to show the scene)

Devlog #5 - New core systems added! New item inspection, stamina, and sanity systems successfully created and integrated. #Horror #HorrorGame #Survival #Puzzle

📜 Implementing note system!

Throughout the game, you’ll find pages that reveal pieces of the story, puzzle secrets, and excerpts from Elias’s diary — the only one who resisted and escaped the cursed influence of the rituals.

Shoobies leave a sticky trail of mucus in their wake, which can impede movement for any creature that steps in it.
