Hello again,
I’ve been slacking off busy with school. Seriously, it’s the “exam period” here in Denmark, so I will not have much time to do anything until mid-summer(*without getting some free time to enjoy my life y’know). I also have this problem that if I work on a project for too long, I start getting tired of it. In other words: I work slowly towards my goal, however the end result might be better than a rushed thing ;-).
But anyways, A NEW UPDATE HAS COME (1.2.0)
I’ve added some more spacetrash, this include; a space-medkit, an apple core, a bag of onion flavoured chips, and a dirty mag.
Added a tube that Z8-PO disengages from (he disengaged himself from nothing in the first version of the game :-/ ).
Honk.
Added one track for the musical score(you can also find on the gamepage).
I’ve remade some of the textures.
Added/Removed some lights. I’m trying to save some rendering time while still making it visually appealing and giving the game some ambience. It’s difficult to bake textures since everything is moving.
Added a ladder to the spaceship.
The render distance has been reduced on all cameras.This reduces the rendering time.
Changed collision options to “no-collision”. This reduces the rendering time too.
Turned off some of the options that took some calculating time.
So, maybe I’ve fixed the issue about the game freezing at some points. I looked at a tutorial the other day that showed that BGE sometimes exports .exe’s with missing files. So I did as he said, but I don’t know if it’s been solved.
Go on my guinea pigs, test it out for me!
Sorry in advance for those who still can’t run the game.
BUT REMEMBER if you have a shitty PC, that’s not my fault.
