Re-added the function that prevents hostile monsters from spawning in the worldspawn safe zone (accidentally broke it in a previous patch)
Alert Box alerts no longer fade out backwards

Optimized the save function a bit

Added "light" console command, enabling / disabling fullbright mode
light (no parameters)
Added "teleport" console command, which warps player to a given point in world bounds.
