Fixed the koopa shell leftover in the box arts, now replaced by coconut shells

it seems changing the background color in rainbow road seems to do this to the ending
idk if this is a scrapped feature or not looked in the bsnes debugger and it seems its still has the rainbow road tiles and palette loaded in
