Fixed the Submit button!
Now you can’t submit the same score multiple times, and it shows a little checkmark when it successfully submits! :D
Sometimes the scoreboard shows up blank in-game though. I don’t know why. WUT. EVAH.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.
In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
