Rage mode bar for Brally (Sonic.exe: the disaster 2d remake. mod: Through the blood)

The chances of monsters appearing:

Normal: 80%

Hard mode: 20% (after lvl 10)

Sonic 1 Forever (escape the zone mod) RingOX (Remake)

replacing other skins with custom and its menu, well, you can create your own character

I decided to update the design a little: warp zone (But this may change)
