Updated Mortimer rig (except the textures still aren't right for some reason)

hi guys idk what else I was expecting but I think the Treasure Island game will not be including Photo Negative Mickey or anything that looks too much like Disney’s characters. Maybe I’ll pull a 3.0 and use Willie instead, Idk.
