Hello everyone! Today is an exciting day because, at long last, the Unity Remake is ready to be played! Here, in short, I will detail what's new and what I've improved over the Clickteam Version.
Gamemodes
Firstly, let's start with gamemodes. There are currently 2 in the game. Classic and Fun Mode. Classic, as the name suggests, is the typical way to play the game. Fun Mode, on the other hand, is similar to Classic, however, when enemies are killed they grant 6x the usual points. When playing Fun Mode your high-score will not be saved (So, you don't submit those scores to the scoreboard)
There will be more in the future!
New Tower Sprites
The Cupcake, Cake, and Regeneration Hub towers have received a complete overhaul on how they look. You can see that in the picture below.
Balancing
Due to the engine change, the game has been completely rebalanced. It is now a lot harder to get to higher rounds. Enemies are faster and have more HP. To balance it out they now give out more points and the towers are a bit stronger than in the previous version.
UI Aesthetic
Previously, the game's UI had a grayish tone to it, but now it has a more simplistic black and white aesthetic for better readability.
Scoreboard change and Congratulations
As I've said previously, the game has been completely rebalanced and thus a new scoreboard was put in place. However, the old one will not be deleted and you may view it at any time on the GameJolt page.
Since the old Clickteam scoreboard cannot be accessed from this version of the game, I would like to congratulate the people below for getting into the top 10!
