technically speaking, all fnas characters (with the exception of Origin Sonic, and possibly the toys) are technically of legal age, because the characters are their normal age during fnas 5's timeline (for example, Tails being 8 and Sonic being 15), but fnas 1 takes place 24 years later, during 2015, so technically speaking, fnas characters are 24 years older than their confirmed ages (so technically, clone Tails would be 32)
again, im not justifying the actions of those who made nsfw shit of fnas characters, it still counts as making nsfw of minors, its just a random fact that was on my mind and i wanted to share
