One more patch for the road, fixing some bugs and adding like 1-2 other things
* Benevolent Doors option can actually be used
* Door characters can no longer "disappear" mid attack
* Added skip button for mouse users (aka those who don't want to press x during cutscenes)
* Added text introductions to Nights 2-5 similar to Night 1 (if you like reading then you're probably happy)
