Following a sketchy treasure hunter, our heroes come across a strange machine! (Second image)

Yeah, this is gonna be a long one. Take a seat.

Immediately after leaving the Healer's house, a whisper was heard from around a corner. "Psst! Hey, odd lookin' fellas. You wanna know something really interesting? A real cool piece of information! Just give me $60 and the secret's all yours."

The party barely had that much altogether, so Cyrus told the voice that the deal was much too expensive. The deal was lowered to $40... then $10... then all the way down to just $1.

"Too expensive," Cyrus answered for the last time. Defeated, the voice mumbled something about finding a dollar bill in the grass, and that it would count.

"Nah that's mine," Cyrus answered (It was not his). The voice, so rejected and hopeless, gave Cyrus the one dollar, and revealed himself.

He introduced himself as Lier X. Agerate, treasure hunter extraordinaire. The party followed Lier to his house, or, whatever was left of it. The whole house was a shambling mess, with a huge hole dug out in the middle of it.

As most of the party was busy looking around, John walked up to Lier, sweating and struggling with his words before eventually stating, "Banana!" and held out a banana. Lier took it, confused but thankful, and John was relieved.

Lier jumped down into the big hole in the middle, and called the party to follow him. Upon entering, the party saw a huge, round, metal machine. Lier stated that he doesn't fully know what it is, but it's definitely larger than his last find. It's either a machine capable of flight, or a really, really big coffee brewer.

And that's where we left off the first session. Sorry I didn't have a DM Insider for this one. If you read through this whole thing, pat yourself on the back, it was a long one. Thank you for following this series thus far, there will be much more to it in the future, once I host another session. Until then, bye!

#GJAsks: "What's An Underrated Classic More People Need To Play?"

One of my favorite Wii games is a niche hidden gem called Elebits. Imagine playing Hide n' Seek with Pikmin, but you have a Gravity Gun. That's what it's like.

Merry Christmas, Game Jolt!

The #BadArtChallenge is over and we're highlighting some of our faves!

You made such incredible bad art that we couldn't just give one of you a trophy.

Surprise Birthday I guess!

I always forget that my Spawn Day is today, considering I didn't actually use Game Jolt until September. :P

Happy #WIPWednesday! Are you working on a game? Making some art? Practicing a song? Something else? Tell us in the comments!

Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds is the only LoZ game I've played through. (I didn't even finish it.)

(I guess I'm not a big fan of LoZ gameplay. I'm more of a Turn based combat RPG guy.)
