For anyone playing my game with the recently added d-pad controls i should mention that the game has a crouch lock mechanism allowing the player to move left and right while crouched. To exit this state simply press the up arrow key on the d-pad.

Here's a look at the new rock climbing mechanic coming in the next major version of Shadow of the Orient and a new weapon...the battle axe. The new battle axe is going to have a longer reach making it easier to kill enemies from a farther distance.
