For those of you having the RTP problem.
There are two fixes:
Download the RTP here: http://www.rpgmakerweb.com/download/additional/run-time-packages
Open “Game.ini” in Notepad and delete “RTP=RPGVXACE” but keep “RTP=”
Sorry for yet another inconvenience, I had this problem solved but sometimes the program changes things without telling you… :(
