So I’ve been working on the idea of foregrounds and so far, I have drawn up some pillars, which I think looking pretty decent. I would like to add other foreground stuff, but not too sure what.
It would have to make sense for each area. So the bridge level could have a big tower or something, with a couple of windows. Maybe some ruined walls.
The castle interior would have pillars and other stuff.
I will have a catacombs level, so bone piles, etc.
Think I need to write some more stuff down…

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.
In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
So here's the first of the zodiac signs i will make for the next weeks.
