Forest Ambassador

I had a pleasant surprise today as I was checking my RSS feeds. Forest Ambassador posted Party Business.

Forest Ambassador regularly posts about games that are small and offbeat. (And free) I started following it because it’s written by merritt kopas who also made HugPunx which is pretty fun.

And I have recommended the blog a couple times to friends. They were artists who were interested in games, but didn’t play them very much. I figured getting lots of small games was a better introduction to games as a medium than plopping them down for 10 hours of Shadow of the Colossus, for example.

Fan art for Foolish I'm feeling kinda better so I drew this

I have added rewards for quests so that villagers can give you something in return for your hard work helping them. 🥳

I want to know - what's your favourite quest reward?

Quantum precognition is one of the most powerful cards. End game cards & equipment. Demo/alpha build boss is no match for this deck.

I was bored, so... ManutKat.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)

Spaaaace~

These are background sprites I've created for a game I'm working on at school ^w^ Click on the post to see how the sprites connect. You won't regret it! (personally, I think it's pretty heheh)

Drawn in Piskel using my mouse. Whaddya think?

I worked so hard to get all four of them to the end safely, but then...

Levels' maps.
