His Bio:

He inhabits Pirate Cove along with Bonnie, and while you shouldn't view Pirate Cove when Bonnie is active, it's a necessity when Foxy is. Foxy will gradually make his exit if you don't check on him regularly, and once he's out, you have close the right door immediately when you hear him running or he’ll wait for you to pull up your monitor before jumpscaring you.

Why I Made It Like That:

I know his AI is changed a bit, but Foxy will have a similar AI from Five Nights at Freddy's 1. I know the description is short, but simple to the point.
