Jolly Rachers before and after Freeze drying. They melt in your mouth, no hardness left.

Marshmallow and Peeps before and after Freeze-drying. before they are soft marshmallows but after they are incredibly crunchy. Marshmallow are one of my favorites. Peeps are not my favorite. Made those for my niece and nephews..
