For shortbread dough:
flour - 160 g;
sugar - 80 g;
butter - 120 g; egg - 1 pcs;
vanillin - 1 pinch.
For fruit and berry filling: apples - 3 pcs.;
nectarines - 2 psc.;
blueberries - 150 g;
sugar - 4 tsp.
1) Pour sugar and vanillin into a bowl, add in a softened room-temperature butter.
2) Pour flour into the bowl and mix the ingredients together.
3) Grind the resulting mass with your hands.
4) Add in an egg and start kneading the dough. Shortbread dough will have high density, won't stick to your hands and will resemble plasticine in consistency.
5) Cool the dough in the fridge for around 30 minutes, then spread it on the bottom of the mold in a thin layer.
6) Slice up the fruits.
7) Evenly spread the fruits and berries upon the cake. Sprinkle the cake with sugar.
8) Load the cake into an oven (preheated up to 180 Celsius) and bake it for 35-40 minutes. And, once again, sprinkle some sugar on top!
Bon appetite!
