Changed the way the NO HIT BONUS works, and also added a toggle for those who don't want that to get in the way of a challenge
Re-balanced Angela Phase 1 a little bit, Tic-Tac attack is a little bit more lenient than before.
Added a Flirt option to Distrust Angela, though this won't provide any benefit nor progress the fight, and it actually uses some unused dialogue I had from the previous versions.
It's less of a Flirt and more of a Taunt option, I'll likely change that in V1.4 or a bugfix
You can now disable auto-heals, so if you want to no-heal Distrust Angela Phase 1 to 4 then good luck because you'll definitely need it

Fixed up achievements again. It should no longer be possible to get NO ITEM achievements while having used heals.
Talking of NO ITEM, it's now NO ACT HEAL. Because you don't have any items.
