It is possible for a person to interact with someone’s sleep paralysis demon, although it’s easier to find their coordinates by looking at the area the victim is facing.
If you are not careful, you can end up having the demon also making your own tone worser, potentially creeping the victim out even more. But by just trying to block the direction of the sleep paralysis demon, it is not known whether the demon would try to retreat, or transcend right through you.
