Mechano Balloon Toad is making him mad with his irritating laughter and
Salvage Sonic "Gory-Up!" wants to punch him for that.

Same goes to Mega Merge Max Mix with both Characters previous appereances (Alter Salvage Sonic & Alter Balloon Toad). The not-official lore! Also, gotta go.
