Papy wit da blaster Yes I do think papyrus has access to blasters in Undertale but just never got to use them

next version will include a separate menu for Dusttrust for ease of access to phase 3 and when the next phases get finished in the future

Regular turn-based fights will have Items for healing instead of Act healing like in regular Oversavetale. This will be applied to Toriel as well when Undyne is released~!
