game is getting restarted and im switching from rpg maker 2000 to 2003 (or might stay on 2000, im still deciding)

2000 means there's gonna be battles

2003 means no battles

I'm also looking for spriters that knows how to make chipsets, charsets and pictures (cutscene cgs and portraits)
