I’ve been working hard on the game the past couple months, hence the lack of updates, but I finally have more to show!
First off, I swapped out Sonic’s model and animation for a modified Lost World model (with the boots and accessories, of course) with ripped LW animations (that I spent too long trying to rip to just use them for one project). This also resulted in a change in shaders, so he looks much closer to Gens/LW now.
So new model, smoother animations. I also finally set it up so I can animate his eyes, but that’s a minor detail at the moment.
Second, GRINDING!
I finally cracked path-based rail grinding in Hedge Physics, so after a little more fixing up and polish it will be fully implemented.
Thirdly, I started building the third available stage in the demo from the second half of the game, Crumbling Capital. Being the overall fifth level in the game, CC is going to be a more challenging stage that you will be welcome to take on after learning the ropes in Sapphire Shores.
