so i just called this character Debbie.

because i like that name.

and because i always make scrapped things different characters.

lore: he's tails but he hates sonic's popularity so to deal with that hatred he started stealing people, making them look like sonic, and brutally killing them to deal with his anger, avoiding the real sonic at all costs, because he's to fast to kill.
