so first things first yes there is still going to be a phase 4

no it’s not the same concept as the old phase 4 from the old build which you barely saw and probably didn’t even know existed

ok so

the rules are simple

dm me your character and i’ll put it on a list

me and the gents will look at the list and put the ones we like in the final product

you are allowed to submit as many characters as you want

you are allowed to submit yourself

you are not allowed to submit characters you do not own but you can suggest them and i will ask the owner of that character for permission

you can come back to us if you want to remove the character from the list or if you have an updated design for the character

we will not tell you if your character made it or not because things change constantly throughout the course of development and stuff can become outdated or go unused pretty quickly so please do not bug us about if your character is added yet (that will actually make us want to not put it in btw)
