In terms of cancelled sequels, I've got a twofer:

1. Vexx 2, the cancelled sequel to the 2003 Acclaim platformer Vexx.

2. Munch's Exoddus, the cancelled follow-up to 2001's Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee.
