Goals for Pixels & Dragons

Here are my current goals for Pixels & Dragons before the end of development. Of course this list isn’t THE final list, I will be adding on to it as issues and ideas come to my attention.

The goals for P&D is:

  • Compose and add in music

  • Draw the background and possibly animate it

  • Animate the wizard

  • Make the dragons look more unique

  • Make the blue dragons more accurate as the levels progress

  • Fix the movement of the dragons to be the correct speed and have the directions not be so constricted

  • Find/make a better font

  • Fix the blue dragon’s fireball animation

  • Make flame particles for the dragon’s fireball

  • Add particles to the main menu (dripping off of the letters)

  • Animate the blue dragon when shooting a fireball

  • Make thumbnails for the trophies

  • Draw a better thumbnail for the game on GameJolt and a header

  • Write more Devlogs and post more on Twitter (constant)

Ideas:

  • Have some purple particles come out of the blue dragons mouth normally and have a burst when he shoots
