Grid Passer Dev Days

Hello hello,

Today i have uploaded my work in progress retro arcade game. Its currently in Alpha, so expect several changes in the coming weeks; it currently doesn’t have story or sound, and unfinished art. But i plan to have a professionaly polished experience for 1.0.

this version (0.1) Focuses on the base gameplay, with a small level area. It will go on forever, aslong as you don’t loose all your lives. This uses a single 8-way keyboard control layout for moving the character around the grid. Pass the yellow/green/blue/purple tiles for points. Passing to another of the same color gives you a score multiplier. Avoid the reds, as they deplete your score.

No gamejolt specific things yet. That is coming in the next version with score uploading.

I’ll see you next week, with more development.

We made a lot of improvements on the Freezing Plains visual. Things like pine trees, tiny bushes, some rocks, and others game props!
