Had to put a fixed version twice because I forgot a bunch of things, like not giving the bridge tiles a terrain tag.

Added some new areas in Puld, and also redesigned Bernie for the second time. I also did some other stuff, like redesigning some other characters and making some new enemies.
Been doing a lot of nothing lately, but that doesn't mean I haven't made anything new for Placeholder. It's mostly just been failed attempts at characters though, 'cept this guy and some others.
