Hi there,

I recently released M.A.R.S. Extraction 1.8.1 for PC and for the Web, here on GameJolt. This new version is really “big” because it contains a LOT of new things.

As the title said, it’s hollidays, so the full version of the game is 50% Off on itch.io. For just 1.25$ you can have access to the full game for Windows, Linux, Mac and Android without ads, BETA access and goodies ;-)

New UI

With the excellent work of Gianni, the graphics artist that work with me on the game, we have now a beautiful user interface. It’s not yet finished but it’s very cool right now.

New levels

The tutorial level will learn you how to move, rotate, fly and destroy enemies. The second level will introduce the story and uses “interactive objects” like hackable computers, triggers, and more. It’s not yet finished too but I would love to get your feedback about it.

Virtual Reality

Finally there are a lot of fixes, optimizations for the Virtual Reality platform (Oculus Rift, Gear VR and Google Cardboard) and gameplay improvement.

The development continue

The next release will bring a new weapon system with a new HUD.
