Happy Hols! Snowbrawl in HELL v1.1


Just released a quick day-one update for my xmas mini-game “Snowbrawl in Hell”. Following some feedback I’ve tweaked and rebalanced things a bit, it should be a little clearer, fairer and snappier than before. The update should now be live for Windows, Browser and OUYA (get the microconsole build from here)).

Update fixes:

  • Player movement tweaked to be a little faster.

  • Fixed a screen transition glitch.

  • Fixed bug that was causing fireballs to occasionally fail to fire, also speeded ‘em up a bit.

  • Fireballs now fire from cannons with visible “warning” lights & audible cycling.

  • Further minor optimisation and tweaks.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
