-ive been doing okay.. alot has happend over just a day, about 4 panic attacks and some blood loss.

-my abusive EX-boyfriend sent me rape threats for the 6th time.. yay.. it was over his friends phone bc i have him blocked on all socials :p

-haven't ate in a couple of days.. i should probably do that :/

-i got help. kind of.. 988 suicide and crisis line or smt. i recommend it.
