Have you ever heard of Keroro Gunso/Sgt. Frog? The titular protagonist, Keroro, shares the same Japanese voice actress as the main voice of Klonoa, Kumiko Watanabe.

Klonoa has made a cameo in a Keroro RPG for the DS since it was developed by Bandai Namco since Bandai has the license for Keroro and Namco made Klonoa. It's a Japan-exclusive game and I don't know if it's been translated.

Guess what? There were two other Keroro games on the DS that were straight up Klonoa clones with a few extra moves and characters with unique movesets. Keroro literally says "Yahoo!" when he double jumps with an enemy he grabbed with this remote control thing in the games.

I just found out about this a few minutes ago. Japan always gets the nice things.

Hey! I made this Realistic Super Saiyan Sketch. What do you think?

Artoon seems like it was very underrated game development company even when very key people worked there.

Naoto Ohshima, the one who originally designed Sonic the Hedgehog and Dr. Eggman, founded (or at least co-founded) this company.
