The Game's Progress
I have honestly not gotten that much more done since the last time I've posted because I would only occassionally come back to the game to try to optimize it more. However, eventually when fixing some bugs and adding newer content, mainly to hard mode, a friend reached out to me and I realized that how progress is currently going, it is not going to work out. Therefore, I have made a decision to remake most of the game again, mostly code wise just to clean everything up because currently this is a scratch game running with 1.5k assets (which my computer can barely process).
Bad News
Since I'll have to remake almost everything code wise, and some assets within the game I'm unsatisfied with, the game's development will take a lot longer. Also school starts Monday of next week so I will be occupied with more so updates will probably be extremely slow unless if I find fantastic motivation.
Good News
The good news is that I have a friend that will help me out with some of the stuff on my game and also I will be releasing a demo version of the current build that will have some of the code changed and provide access to the first 4 nights of the normal mode + a beta extras menu + a secret way to unlock 2 additional nights that introduce slightly different gameplay. This demo should arrive in the next few days if I stay motivated. On top of this, a friend has also recently showed me how to add a night saving system, so all progress will be saved in the game even if it's closed out of.
I am very sorry to those who've actually been waiting for me to release this project, but I hope it will be semi-worth the wait in which I'll try to make it look a little more graphically pleasing and optimized. Real life things could potentially push development alot further back, but I'll try to keep up with this game.
Also
I've honestly not been working on the classic version of this game, I've only changed the office's looks, a bit of the code, and started working on the cams but I haven't had that much of it otherwise, so I'm pretty far behind development wise.
I thank all of the people who have been following my project and I hope I will not disappoint that much in the future.
